My Story

Hi my name is Barbara Williams.

I am driven to share with you the tools, methods and philosophy to take you to your personal peak success zone.

Just a few minutes ago I decided that in order to accomplish my goal I must be willing to do something I have never done before. That is to be transparent and to share with you my beginnings.

In Burlington, Washington two teenage 9th grade high- school dropouts gave birth to their first child and that was me, Barbara Shirlene Loop. That’s me or at least it was…..

There were many meals with talks of lack, limitation and poverty.

“After all we must eat all the food on our plates because there are people starving in Africa” although there is starvation everywhere for a child to loose there innocence through negative talk is not healthy.

At a young age, I remember singing and swinging on my outside swing-set dreaming of grandeur.

Like most childrens’ beginnings there is the good and the bad.

At seven years old I was leaving my home during the summer to pick strawberries for 12 hours a day. By 7 I was designing Barbie doll clothes and listing them in the classified ads. By 8 years I was independently knocking on knocks selling Christmas cards and stationary. You see I desired more…..then, at 16 I joined Avon, again knocking on doors canvasing a large area on foot for several hours a day.

I was truly blessed to have these childhood experiences.

I moved from my home in Bellingham to live independently six months before the end of my senior year.

Although my parents did not see the value of education, were adverse to education and did not allow me the time to do my homework I still managed to graduate…. their was graduation…..I was the first generation high school graduate.

One month after high school graduation I left Bellingham, Washington driving my Ford Fairlane to California and never looked back.

Fraught with physical, emotional, and sexual abuse I set out with low self-esteem to make a difference in the world.

I started my new life in Burlingame, California with tons of ambition, a ginormous amount of emotional baggage, and a chip on my hunched shoulders a mile long………

Fast forward …..through many blessings, opportunities, hard-knocks, challenges, problems, self-education, determination, a willingness to take risks, a tenacious drive, the willingness to pick my self up and dust myself off, true grit, with white knuckling it and a burning desire to be more, do more and have more I was the first generation university graduate with my bachelors degree in Spanish Literature.

Back tracking for a second, my prior AA degree as a union electrician out of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 595 out of Alameda County taught me so much more than simply how to pull wire.

Due to an accident life took a change where I began to career search, this actually lead to my pursuit of higher education and graduating from California State University of Hayward with my Spanish Literature Degree.

By the way my Spanish Literature Degree taught me so much more than how to speak Spanish.

After university graduation was the moment to seek employment….ooops I discovered school teachers did not get paid as much as union electricians.

So, I shifted to commission, self-employment and developing a private franchise from scratch.

After rising to the top 1% of my network marketing company with Xango I was filled with  a tremendous feeling of accomplishment that filled me with warm and fuzzy feelings.

I then went on to be the Master Distributor of another company.

The ups and downs of life have blessed me with many successes, a content satisfied life and a commitment to you to fulfill your hopes, dreams, and desires.

Poverty of thoughts, finances, money, love and personal growth is in itself poverty. My goal is to help you and others overcome poverty.

If I can do it you can too!

We are all truly blessed sometimes we just don’t see it yet.

Success, personal growth, and development is a journey not a destination, we continue it forever.

I am driven to help and encourage you. I am committed to assist, coach, and empower you because you matter and deserve to live a life above survival.

You deserve to THRIVE.
